By registering, I give permission for my daughter to be photographed by Voces en Acción, VEA, sponsored by the GrantMakers for Girls of Color, a ﬁscally sponsored project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA) in New York, in partnership with Educational and Cultural Advancement for Latinos, EDUCA, the Evansville Museum of Arts, History and Science, and the Owensboro Museum of Science and History. I understand that occasionally these pictures may be used for publicity purposes. The term “photograph” includes video or still photography, on digital format or any other type, or any other way of registry/ entry or reproduction of images. I hereby authorize the use or release of the photographs for educational or media organization purposes. I hereby surrender the right to demand any compensation for such use of photographs by virtue of this authorization.
